These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CandleFlow platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Candleflow ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

CandleFlow is a trade execution and risk management tool that connects to MetaTrader 5 (MT5) trading platforms. The Service provides features including automated risk calculation, position management, account protection guards, and mobile trade execution.

CandleFlow is not a broker, financial advisor, signal provider, or automated trading system. We do not execute trades on your behalf — you maintain full control over all trading decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using CandleFlow, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or any component thereof.
• Share, resell, or redistribute your account access to third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems.
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity.

5. Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your invested capital. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose.

CandleFlow is a tool designed to assist with trade execution and risk management, but:

• We do not guarantee any trading outcomes, profits, or protection from losses.
• Technical issues, network latency, or software errors may affect trade execution.
• The Service does not replace professional financial advice.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Risk management features are aids, not guarantees — they may not prevent all losses.

6. Prop Firm Compliance

While CandleFlow provides features designed to help traders comply with prop firm rules, we do not guarantee compliance with any specific prop firm's rules, terms, or conditions. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with your prop firm's requirements.

7. Subscription and Payment

• Access to the Service requires a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for the current billing period.

8. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We are not liable for any trading losses resulting from service downtime, bugs, or technical issues.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, text, and content, is owned by Candleflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, or data loss.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Candleflow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your trading activity, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cologne, Germany.
